This is a program developed by Master Clark of the American Taekwondo Association (ATA). Check it out. Now I've tried out a bunch of the exercises but I had never done the full workout. Yesterday morning, I did my first workout and it kicked my ass. Didn't think it would be that hard, but it was and I am feeling the effects of it a day later. Add a few pull-ups in with the Iron Gym, and I have myself an awesome workout.
My goal is to make it to orange belt by next Friday. Only 9 more "wins" to go!
